Hypnotherapy Health Fund Rebate

Norwest Wellbeing is a provider of health and wellness services, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling. Norwest Wellbeing works directly with some private health funds in Australia; funds also offer rebates through our accreditation and membership with various Australian Hypnotherapy Associations. Some funds provide refunds for a wide range of services, including hypnotherapy, to help clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

Taking this into consideration, we work with some funds directly and indirectly, and it’s important to note that the list of funds below is only a guide, and clients should check with their funds to confirm coverage. This will ensure that you can take full advantage of any benefits you may be entitled to from your fund.

Provider numbers are issued to the provider and not Norwest Wellbeing. It is important to understand that coverage may vary from provider to provider based on the service you are booking. All required provider numbers will be on your invoice issued electronically after your session.

Most health funds we work with do not allow online claims; therefore, you will not need an item number. We also do not have a Hicaps service available in the clinic.

Changes to cover offered are at the sole discretion of the fund and outside of our control. If your fund does not provide cover, please consider contacting them and asking why. The more enquiries they receive, the more likely they are to consider providing cover for hypnotherapy.
