How to redeem a gift voucher

This guide walks you through redeeming a Norwest Wellbeing gift voucher (such as a Mind Massage voucher) on the website shop.

Prerequisites

• Your voucher number (printed on the voucher or in the email it was sent with).
• Know which product your voucher covers. Product-specific vouchers only work for that product, so a voucher for one product cannot be applied to a different one.

Steps

1. Go to the shop on norwestwellbeing.com.au and choose the product your voucher covers.
2. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Find the Coupon Code field at checkout.
4. Enter your voucher number exactly as it appears on the voucher.
5. Press Apply. The voucher value is deducted from your order total.
6. Complete the checkout to confirm your order.

After checkout, your purchase proceeds like any other order. For personalised audio products, that means completing the intake form so your practitioner can create your recording. See What are personalised audio sessions.

Troubleshooting

If the code doesn't apply, first check that the product in your cart matches the product the voucher was issued for. Product-specific vouchers only work for that exact product. Also check the voucher number for typos (it must be entered exactly). If it still won't apply, email hello@norwestwellbeing.com.au with your voucher number and the product you're trying to buy, or phone (02) 8069 9777 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and we'll sort it out.
