Personalised audio sessions are self-hypnosis recordings created specifically for you by your chosen Norwest Wellbeing practitioner (Paul or Rebecca Smith) based on the intake form you complete. They are $97 per session and are delivered within 24–48 hours via the member portal, where you can play or download them.
Personalised, not generic
The recording is written from your intake form, so it addresses your specific concern in your own context. It is not an off-the-shelf track. You choose which practitioner creates and voices your session when you buy.
How you get one
