- How often should I listen to my audio session?Listen to your personalised audio regularly and repeat it as needed, for children's audio, the guidance is daily for the first 14 days, then as needed.
- Creating the right listening environmentListen to your personalised audio somewhere quiet and comfortable, with headphones, and never while driving or operating machinery.
- My audio won't play: troubleshootingIf your audio link shows an expired or 410 error, the SMS link has passed its 7-day life. Sign in to the member portal to play or download your session, or request a fresh link from the session page.
- How the Norwest Method worksThe Norwest Method is an 8-week personalised hypnotherapy audio program. 8 main sessions, 8 mid-week reminders and a week-4 Zoom check-in, delivered weekly through the member portal with lifetime access.
