When will my audio arrive?

Personalised audio sessions are delivered within 24–48 hours of you completing your intake form, with an email and/or SMS link and portal access at members.norwestwellbeing.com.au.

Last reviewed 8 August 2026

Your personalised audio session arrives within 24–48 hours. The clock starts when you complete your intake form: your practitioner writes and records the session from it, so delivery cannot begin until the form is done.

How delivery works

When your recording is ready, you receive an email and/or SMS with a link. You can also sign in to the member portal at members.norwestwellbeing.com.au anytime to play or download your session. SMS download links work without signing in but expire after 7 days; after that, the portal is the place to go. See download links and expiry.

Delivery times by product

If your intake form isn't done yet

If you purchased but haven't completed the intake form, your recording hasn't started. Complete it now (see complete your intake form) and delivery follows within 24–48 hours.

Common questions

Q: It's been more than 48 hours since I finished my intake. What should I do? A: Check your spam folder for the delivery email, and sign in to the portal at members.norwestwellbeing.com.au to see if the session is there. If not, email hello@norwestwellbeing.com.au or phone (02) 8069 9777.

Q: Will I get a notification when it's ready? A: Yes. An email and/or SMS with a link, as soon as your recording is delivered.

Q: My SMS link says it has expired. Is my audio gone? A: No. SMS links expire after 7 days, but your session stays in the member portal. Sign in to play or download it, or request a fresh link from the session page. See audio not playing troubleshooting.
