“On the 18 th of January I walked into Paul smiths office with the final hope of managing my anxiety as I felt I had exhausted all options possible as every day had become such a struggle to do the simplest things, things I couldn’t avoid..like getting my girls to school, doing the shopping, I was living a life where Valium was my life line if it wasn’t in my handbag I wasn’t walking out the door..
