Last reviewed 8 August 2026
Listen to your personalised audio session regularly, and repeat it as needed: your recording is yours to keep, and repetition is part of how self-hypnosis audio does its work. For children's audio (ages 4–12), the specific guidance is daily for the first 14 days, then as needed.
Regular listening matters
Personalised audio works through repetition: each listen reinforces the suggestions your practitioner has built from your intake form. Rather than saving it for a bad day, build listening into your routine while the work is fresh, then return to it whenever you need a top-up. Active participation between sessions is part of the therapeutic process: the recording is a tool you use, not a one-off event.

Set up each listen properly
Where and how you listen matters as much as how often. Choose a quiet, comfortable spot, use headphones, and never listen while driving or operating machinery. See creating the right listening environment.
