Children's personalised audio sessions are recorded hypnotherapy sessions for ages 4–12, crafted by Paul Smith from an intake form the parent completes. Your child listens daily for the first 14 days, then as needed.

How it works

The child version of our personalised audio sessions follows the same process as the adult product: buy on the website, complete the intake form, and the recording is created and delivered within 24–48 hours via the member portal, where you can play or download it. Personalised audio is $97 per session: the same price as the adult product.

The differences for children are:

  • The recording is crafted by Paul Smith, who leads paediatric hypnotherapy at Norwest Wellbeing.
  • The parent completes the intake form on the child's behalf.
  • The parent may sit in while the child listens.

The listening routine

Have your child listen daily for the first 14 days, then as needed after that. A consistent, calm listening environment helps. Quiet, comfortable, and free of interruptions. See creating the right listening environment.

Audio vs other children's options

Personalised audio is a recorded program without the full clinical Home Session process. If your child needs practitioner-reviewed clinical child hypnotherapy (intake, Zoom meet, individually written session, follow-up), see The Home Session. For a gentler, story-based option for ages 4–11, see Once Upon Them bedtime stories.

Common questions

Q: What ages is the children's audio for? A: Ages 4–12. Anyone under 18 needs parent or guardian consent. See ages and consent.

Q: Can I stay with my child while they listen? A: Yes. The parent completes the intake and may sit in during listening.

Q: How long until the recording arrives? A: Within 24–48 hours of completing the intake form, delivered via the member portal with an email and/or SMS link.

Q: How often should my child listen? A: Daily for the first 14 days, then as needed.
