Once Upon Them is Norwest Wellbeing's personalised bedtime story service for children aged 4–11. A single story is $29; a 4-part Story Journey is $97. Each story runs 10–15 minutes and most are ready within 24–48 hours.

How it works

You complete a parent form about your child, and the story is written from it by Paul or Rebecca Smith. It is personalised, not a template. You receive professional audio plus read-along text, delivered by email and SMS secure link. The stories are yours to keep, and there is no subscription.

Delivery Within 24–48 hours (most) Weekly, or all at once: your choice

Where it fits

Once Upon Them is a story product built around bedtime, which makes it a gentle entry point for younger children. If your child needs something more clinically targeted, look at children's personalised audio (ages 4–12, crafted by Paul Smith from a clinical intake) or in-clinic children's sessions (ages 5–12).

Because the stories are personalised, refunds work differently from off-the-shelf products: there is no change of mind once personalisation has started, but if a story is faulty, doesn't match your form or covers the wrong topic, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we fix it or refund in full.
