Personalised self-hypnosis audio sessions are $97 per session for both adults and children. You buy on the website, complete an intake form, and your chosen practitioner creates the recording and delivers it within 24–48 hours through the member portal, where you can play or download it.

Children's options
The child version of the personalised audio session is for ages 4–12 and is crafted by Paul Smith; a parent completes the intake form and may sit in while their child listens. Once Upon Them bedtime stories (ages 4–11) run 10–15 minutes each and include professional audio plus read-along text, delivered by email and SMS secure link: most are ready within 24–48 hours, with no subscription.
