Trouble signing in to the member portal
If your sign-in code hasn't arrived, check spam, confirm you're using the email from your purchase or booking, and request a new code.

If your sign-in code hasn't arrived, the most common causes are the email landing in spam or signing in with a different email address from the one on your purchase or booking. Work through the steps below in order. They resolve almost every sign-in problem.
Prerequisites
Know which email address you used when you purchased or booked. The portal only recognises that address.
Steps
- Check your spam or junk folder. Sign-in code emails are sometimes filtered there, especially the first time.
- Confirm you entered the exact email address from your purchase or booking. A work address won't work if you booked with a personal one, and vice versa.
- Request a new code from the sign-in screen at members.norwestwellbeing.com.au. Codes are single-use, so if you mistyped one or it has been superseded, a fresh code is the fix.
- If you're on a work device or office Wi-Fi, be aware that corporate networks and company mail filters can block the sign-in email entirely. Try again using your personal email on your own phone or home connection.
- Still stuck? Email hello@norwestwellbeing.com.au and we'll sort it out for you.
Troubleshooting
If codes arrive but are rejected, you may be entering an older code after requesting a new one. Always use the most recent email. Also check that no spaces sneak in when copying the 6 digits. If you have never signed in before, read how to sign in to the member portal first for the standard process, and see what's in the member portal for what to expect once you're in.
