Who can book in-clinic sessions? The 30 km rule

If you live within 30 km of the Norwest Wellbeing clinic, you can choose either an in-clinic or a Zoom session. Beyond 30 km, sessions are delivered online via Zoom. Available Australia-wide. The distance is worked out automatically from the postcode you enter when booking.

How the postcode check works

When you book at /appointments, one of the steps asks for your postcode. The booking system uses it to decide which formats to offer:

• Within 30 km of the clinic (Nexus Building, Norwest NSW 2153): you choose in-clinic or Zoom. Whichever suits you.
• Beyond 30 km: your session is online via Zoom. The clinical work is the same. See in-clinic vs online hypnotherapy.

Why the rule exists

Live hypnotherapy works well over video, so distance doesn't need to be a barrier. Rather than have clients drive long distances, we deliver sessions beyond the 30 km radius by Zoom with the same practitioners, techniques and durations. Clients book from across Australia this way.

Common questions

Q: I'm outside 30 km but really want to come in person. Is that possible? A: The booking system offers Zoom for postcodes beyond 30 km. If your circumstances are unusual, phone the clinic on (02) 8069 9777 to discuss.

Q: Does Zoom cost more or less than in-clinic? A: The session fee is the same ($300). The difference is that Zoom is paid in full at booking, while in-clinic bookings take a $50 deposit with the remainder paid at your appointment.

Q: Can I book from interstate? A: Yes. Zoom sessions are available Australia-wide, and personalised audio sessions are delivered through the member portal wherever you are.
