How to book for a child or teenager
A parent or guardian books through the child/teen flow at /appointments. Children are 0–12 and teens 13–18 for booking purposes, and anyone under 16 must be booked by a parent or guardian.

This guide walks you through booking a hypnotherapy appointment for a child or teenager. Bookings for under-18s are made by a parent or guardian through a dedicated flow that applies the right practitioner and intake form automatically.
Prerequisites
- You are the child's parent or guardian. Clients under 16 must be booked by a parent or guardian.
- A card for the payment step (Stripe).
Steps
- Go to /appointments or phone (02) 8069 9777.
- Choose booking for a child or teenager (under 18). For booking and intake purposes, a child is 0–12 and a teen is 13–18: the system uses this to apply the age-appropriate practitioner and intake form automatically.
- Choose the concern you'd like help with, then pick a date and time.
- Enter your postcode. Within 30 km of the Norwest clinic you can choose in-clinic or Zoom; beyond 30 km, sessions are via Zoom.
- Enter your details and home address, then confirm and pay: a $50 deposit for in-clinic bookings, or the full fee for Zoom.
- Complete the intake form. Because you are booking on someone else's behalf, the age-appropriate intake is arranged for your child: for children, the parent completes it; teen forms can be completed together or via a parent-created link with a PIN. See teen intake forms.
- Watch for your confirmation email and SMS reminders.
Troubleshooting
