In clinic or on Zoom

Consultations run in clinic at Norwest or online via Zoom with the same practitioners and session structure. Your postcode decides availability: within 30 km of the clinic you can choose either; beyond 30 km, sessions are via Zoom, available Australia-wide. See in-clinic vs online hypnotherapy.

Appointments run Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. There are no after-hours or weekend appointments.

Common questions

Q: Why is the initial consultation longer? A: The first session allows up to 90 minutes to take a full history, agree on your goals and complete your first hypnotherapy work, and it includes an audio recording of the trance portion. Later sessions build on that foundation in up to 60 minutes.

Q: Are outcomes guaranteed if I book a certain number of sessions? A: No. There are no guarantees of outcome, and active participation between sessions matters. Your practitioner will discuss what's realistic for your situation.

Q: Can children have appointments? A: Yes. In-clinic child and pre-teen sessions are available for ages 5–12 at $300, booked by a parent or guardian. See Booking for someone else.

Q: How do I choose between the types? A: New clients start with an initial consultation (or a free callback first). Booking steps are in How to book an appointment.
