100% recommended! Paul goes beyond ‘managing’ issues, but understanding why is that we have these issues in the first place, acknowledge them and leave them where they belong, in the past, so we can move forward without the extra baggage.

I went to Paul to see if anything can be done from my eating habits. This man changed my eating habitat in 2 sessions. Now i dont munch chocolate and ice cream as much. Give this a go with an open mind. Got nothing to loose besides your habit you want to kick.

I had been suffering from very bad anxiety for a long while. It was making me physically ill and was affecting all aspects of my life. It was recommended to me that I try hypnotherapy and I'm so glad that I did. Paul made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout the whole process. He took the time to really understand what was going on with zero judgment. Paul also offered very helpful excersises that I could use throughout the day if needed. I had a hypnotherapy session with Paul Smith yesterday and I honestly can not recommend it/him enough. Paul instantly made me feel comfortable. He explained the process extremely well and let me know it was okay 'not to get it' at first. I liked the fact that the first part of the session was spent talking through the process and my reasons for being there in a state of consciousness, as I was able to fully wrap my head around the process. The last part of the session (going into a trance) was also extremely powerful. Paul recorded the session so I am able to listen to it 2-3 times per week, whenever I feel like I need to. I would recommend this to anyone looking to fix an issue in their life. Best decision I have ever made.
