I had been suffering from very bad anxiety for a long while. It was making me physically ill and was affecting all aspects of my life. It was recommended to me that I try hypnotherapy and I'm so glad that I did. Paul made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout the whole process. He took the time to really understand what was going on with zero judgment. Paul also offered very helpful excersises that I could use throughout the day if needed. Only just had my second session with Paul but the effects after the first session were immediate and noticeable. This is my first time trying hypnotherapy after years of anxiety and depression.
