Return Policy for Norwest Wellbeing

At Norwest Wellbeing, we’re committed to providing you with the highest quality hypnotherapy services and products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, due to the nature of some of our offerings, we have specific policies in place:

1. Digital Products and Downloads:
We’re excited for you to experience the transformative power of our digital self-hypnosis sessions. However, please note that all digital products, including downloadable audio files and e-books, are non-refundable. Once you’ve completed the purchase and received access to the digital content, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

2. Personalised Self-Hypnosis Sessions:
Our personalised self-hypnosis sessions are crafted uniquely for you by our experienced clinical hypnotherapist, Paul Smith. As these sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, they cannot be returned or refunded once the personalisation process has begun.

3. Physical Products (e.g., Jewellery):
For physical items such as our mindfulness jewellery collection:
– If you receive a faulty item or one that doesn’t match the description on our website, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
– We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund for items that are faulty or not as described.
– To initiate a return, please contact us here with your order number and a description of the issue.
– Please note that return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly sent.

4. In-Person Hypnotherapy Sessions:
For our in-person hypnotherapy sessions at our Norwest, Sydney clinic, please refer to our cancellation policy here.

We value your trust in Norwest Wellbeing and are here to support your journey towards improved wellbeing. If you have any questions about our return policy or any of our products and services, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to chat and find the best solution for you.
