I have struggled with my weight my whole life. Always doing this fad diet or anything suggested to lose weight quickly. I would lose then go back to old habits and put the weight back on and some. Finally at 48 I realised nothing was going to change until I changed my thoughts on food. Straight after the first session I could see a difference.
