He explained the process extremely well and let me know it was okay 'not to get it' at first. I liked the fact that the first part of the session was spent talking through the process and my reasons for being there in a state of consciousness, as I was able to fully wrap my head around the process. The last part of the session (going into a trance) was also extremely powerful. Paul recorded the session so I am able to listen to it 2-3 times per week, whenever I feel like I need to.
