PSYCH-K has been shown to be effective for a wide range of issues, including weight loss, relationship problems, addictive behaviours, stress management, health and more. Whether you’re hoping to make a major life change or simply want to feel more comfortable in your own skin, PSYCH-K can help.

PSYCH-K sessions help you identify and transform subconscious beliefs/programs that are holding you back from reaching your desired outcome. The Facilitator will help you define your current situation or condition and then transform those beliefs/programs.
The PSYCH-K process involves four steps: goal setting, muscle testing, balancing, and reinforcement.

An Initial PSYCK-K Session usually lasts around 90 minutes, but the results can be life-changing!

Return PSYCH-K sessions are one hour, and you’ll start to see results almost immediately.

The PSYCH-K process is strictly limited to modifying beliefs.
It’s purpose is to engage using the mind/body’s natural self-healing processes to complement, not replace, usual, customary treatment.
A qualified medical practitioner should provide reasonable medical treatment and medical care.
PSYCH-K does not treat, heal, or cure any illness or disease.
Whether chronic or acute, physical disability, medical problem, or mental illness. PSYCH-K is not intended to replace appropriate medical attention or professional mental health care.

We offer both in-person and online sessions, so you can get the help you need no matter where you are.

A single session can often be enough to create lasting change, however, depending on the issue you are working on, multiple sessions may be recommended.

The basic principles of PSYCH-K are simple:
  • You are the creator of your own reality.
  • Everything should be simple as possible, but no simpler.
  • Your beliefs create your reality.
  • You can change your beliefs to change your reality.
  • Don’t kill the messenger until you have received the message. Symptoms are sometimes a messenger.
  • Knowing what you don’t want isn’t knowing what you do want.
  • Whatever happens, there’s a reason for it.
