Are you ready to change how Change is impacting your life? Hypnosis is a fast and effective treatment. Stop having to deal with change and start enjoying life again.
Norwest Wellbeing is a specialist clinic treating change. Using hypnosis we can help you manage the impact change is having on the quality of your life. Our approach is tailored to your unique needs and utilises the latest research-backed techniques.
Clinical research has shown that hypnosis can help relieve pain and anxiety and aid smoking cessation, weight loss, sleep and a wide range of other issues. It is an effective way to help children and adolescents better regulate their feelings and behaviours. Dr. David Spiegel, a Stanford University psychiatrist and leading researcher of hypnosis, says hypnosis has a very robust scientific framework.
Importantly though, the use of hypnosis for change is known to be an effective treatment that has helped thousands of people worldwide experiencing changes in as little as a few sessions. A person can then use “self-hypnosis” to manage change after the sessions from the comfort of their own home. This minimises stress, empowers them to cope with life’s challenges, and improves their physical and emotional health.

I went to Norwest Wellbeing when a friend told me about how they helped them with anxiety. I found the session allowed me to get to the root of the problem i was having with anxiey and resolve it. After two sessions, the change was amazing.
Book an appointment with Paul from Norwest Wellbeing. After just one session, he fixed a problem that has resurfaced several times throughout my life. I’m so glad I found him. If you want to make a change see Paul.
We did an initial consult over the phone so he could assess whether the program would be a good fit for my issue. After one full session I could already feel a shift in my subconscious and the way I was viewing things. Changing my life one step at a time. Definitely give Paul a call.

When faced with change, there’s always that voice in your head that tempts you to slip into the behaviour. It feels like a friend comforting you. Well, I’d like to ask you, What is that friendship like? Once successful, that voice starts to shift your identity to someone who just can’t shake the problem. That’s just not true.
Once your subconscious mind aligns with your conscious way of thinking, everything begins to fall into place.
Using hypnosis for change is where the hypnotic process shines. Once in the hypnotic state, the years of built-up habits and behaviours of the subconscious mind can be changed rapidly using hypnotic suggestions.
During your initial session, we will explain exactly how this works so you can be comfortable and confident throughout the process. We’ll talk about how change is impacting your life and what life will be like without change because this hypnotic process focuses on what you want, not what you don’t want. From there, we’ll tailor your sessions for you as an individual, knowing exactly how to personalise the hypnotic state so the subconscious mind switches sides and starts to work with you, not against you.
As this becomes the new norm, you’ll begin to notice yourself feeling better, happier and with a positive outlook on life. Your subconscious will still make the decisions for you behind the scenes, but this time working with you, not against you.
Paul treated my son Liam for his ADHD. The sessions have really helped him focus, and we are delighted with the results. Even his teachers have noticed the difference. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone with a child who has ADHD.
My last session with Paul Smith was over one month ago. I learnt from my sessions that the subconscious mind is very powerful and now, thanks to Paul I have the tools to be empowered to live my best life.
Booked in with Paul because I felt like I had hit a brick wall mentally in my business and anxiety was through the roof, second guessing and over analysing every single task I had set for myself. I had session with him this morning and already I’ve noticed a massive shift mentally.
I had the pleasure of working with Paul to help me lose weight. I was sceptical at first, but after giving it a try, I was amazed at how quickly the weight came off. I highly recommend Paul if you’re looking to lose weight and keep it off.
Hypnosis is the state of mind we feel as we pass between awakened and sleep states. So as you fall asleep and wake up, you are going through the same hypnotic state daily. It also works increasingly better the more times you have been hypnotised. (This is why we record your session for you to reuse when needed).
Hypnosis is also called a “trance state”. It simply means that the conscious mind becomes distracted by something separate from what you are doing. A trance state could be likened to when you are driving a car, and your mind is thinking about something other than driving the car. Daydreaming is another excellent example of the trance state.
Absolutely, and a large and ever-growing body of scientific research supports the many benefits of hypnosis. The dramatisation on TV and stage performance over history has been represented as a forceful mind control where those hypnotised are unaware of their actions. In reality, the hypnotised person is always in complete control of the situation.

Norwest Wellbeing firmly believes that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfil this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairments, cognitive disabilities, and more.
This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.
Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML and adapts Its functionality and behaviour for screen-readers used by blind users and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. You can reach out to the website’s operators by using the following email [email protected]
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioural changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML and adds various behaviours using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key. Additionally, keyboard users will find quick navigation and content-skip menus available at any time by clicking Alt+1 or as the first element of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear and not allowing the focus to drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers), both for Windows and for MAC users.
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or lack an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility following technological advancements.
